About Me

With a warm and engaging style, I work collaboratively to understand the personal experience and concerns of each client. Using a flexible approach, I provide clients with skills and techniques that have demonstrated effectiveness in improving emotional wellbeing, and the ability to cope with distress and develop life-long resilience.

I work with adults and older adults across a broad range of emotional issues. My particular areas of speciality include assisting clients with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, caregiver stress, and adjusting to significant life events and change in circumstances (including grief and loss).

I am a registered psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist. I have worked in a range of areas in both private and public health care settings, including in the areas of physical rehabilitation, aged care, disability services, drug and alcohol, and mental health.

I have specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. I draw upon these evidence-based techniques to provide the best approach for each individual client’s needs and goals.
