Felicity Manley

Felicity is a registered provisional psychologist who is passionate about supporting people of all ages and backgrounds with their mental health and well-being. Felicity is empathetic and endeavours to create a non-judgemental space for individuals to safely explore their challenges. She believes that positive change and healing can come from equipping clients with evidence-based techniques and by collaboratively working together to develop insight. Through Felicity’s academic training and clinical work experience she has gained competence working with a wide range of clients, particularly individuals with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Her therapeutic approach centres on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

 

She is available for consultation from Monday to Thursday.
