With over 25 years working in public healthcare and community health settings initially as a Registered Nurse, I am now an experienced Registered Psychologist working in private practice. I have a particular interest in the area of emotional well being and physical health, and provide counselling to individuals and couples. Whilst respecting individual differces,I understand that, given the opportunity, it is possible for people to make helpful and lasting changes that will enhance the quality of their relationships and improve their well being.
By providing counselling in a non-judgemental and caring atmosphere I encourage clients to be curious about their current circumstances and with ongoing support, take responsibility for exploring alternatives and learning to make more helpful choices.

I work with people with a range of issues including, relationship distress, depression and anxiety, loss and grief, traumatic and abusive experiences, stress management, life transitions, post natal depression, parenting challenges and loss of enjoyment and pleasure in life.
