About me

I am a General Psychologist, and have trained in family therapy. I have worked for 25 years providing counselling to adults, adolescents and family members. I have experience working in health and mental health settings.

What do I do?

I work from a person-centred approach with individuals and family members. I establish positive engagement to promote and support change towards client’s identified outcomes. I acknowledge people’s pre-existing strengths and potential to build on these. I use a range of approaches to help individuals and family members achieve their identified goals.

I provide a supportive approach that enables exploration and reflection during counselling. I work from perspectives including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness approaches.

I help individuals, families and groups
